don’t they all look delicious?!
i am feeling happy about food again.
i’m enjoying trying to find healthy options instead of just pouring a bowl of cereal.
(although… cereal could be my most favorite food category ever)

that salad is making me long for summer.
not good when it’s only january.

and other than #1 i think my family would eat all of these.  🙂

and i would want all the salad for myself anyway….

what are you enjoying today?

Necole@seriouslysassymama - Pumpkin flax granola. It is my go to breakfast meal.

Hope - Enjoyed Nachos tonight for dinner. Thanks for asking

Laura O - I eat way too much cereal……it’s a serious problem.

Sydney - I’ve decided to eat healthy too and wanted to go low carb so I’m enjoying this delicious dish this morning, Mexican Baked Eggs. http://www.kalynskitchen.com/2009/10/recipe-for-mexican-baked-eggs-with.html

Sooooo good!!

Lisa - Thank you! I’ve been looking for a good turkey burger recipe and haven’t found a winner yet. This one looks like it could be it. Thanks for sharing. And, yes, that salad looks so good.

Becky - I made that salad (#1) last week! It was sooooo good! Bring a little summer into winter 🙂 It makes a great lunch, so you wouldn’t even have to share!

Lisa - I am in such a bad place with food and cooking in general. Last week I was all motivated to start doing better than my youngest got pneumonia and now I’m sick so all the planning and motivation has gone out the window! Hopefully by the end of this week, I’ll start doing better! That salad does look delicious! I love salads! 🙂

Jenn - These look delicious! I might have to make a few or all :). I’m actually making your Crescent Chicken tonight for the first time. I can’t wait to try it.

Heather S. - Great timing with this – I’m making my grocery list right now and was wanting to try some new, healthy recipes. 4 & 7 made my list for sure. You’ll have to let us know how these turn out.

Ashley Remeta - Meg, thank you for posting these! I too find it hard to stick to healthy options and these look so yummy. I love your site-the craft house is to die for and I hope to sign up some day so I can meet you:). I teach first grade in Knoxville, TN and love all things vintage and antique.

jengilley - I’m soooo making the fajita salad!!!
