well….thank you so much for all the shop orders yesterday! all the rainbow hoodies and bunting were gone in minutes. almost all the pillows are gone too…but not quite. my favorite one is still there! so yeah….. YOU are awesome. thank you for blessing my little shop. i have even more maps (overseas places) and sold SO MANY already! i am going to restock all the prints on monday. also on monday the orders will begin to be packaged and shipped. good times. i went out with my running buddies last night…we saw Admission. what are YOU doing this weekend?
Ok 1) my “Gerry” = Grrr…that’s fun autocorrect for you. 2). On a whim I thought I’d check back before I went to bed to see if you had restocked … AND I GOT TO ORDER MY PRINT! So stinking excited…as if you couldn’t tell ;). Thank you Meg for blessing us with your style and talent. You inspire me. 🙂 Gerry! Missed the Whatever print AGAIN! Lol! I’ve only been waiting like two years to be able to score one lol! Oh well..I’ll keep checking in the hopes that I’ll get to score one 🙂 Aaargh! Missed the bee in flight print again! When will you re-re-stock?? 🙂 I want that for my daughter’s room. I ate at Torchy’s Tacos with my hubby last night. It’s a chain that just came to Fort Worth from Austin. It’s so yummy… fried avacado tacos and such. Your shop was awesome. I didn’t get to partake in the goodies, but I’m determined to hit the fabric store soon and start my LONG list of sewing projects 🙂 Love your new shop site. I got the Mississippi Map. Born in MS so love that! Yeah!!! Is there any chance you have a vintage PANAMA map???? If so I want it and the Utah map. Let me know After church we’ll be sitting inside, playing games because it’s rainy here. I made a huge batch of brownies for the first time in a long time. My boys are loving me right now. 😉 Good for you! I’m so happy your shop is such a success! This weekend… Well, my Grandma may be in her final days. So, lots of spending time with her. Also, tonight my hubby took Olivia to an overnight at Grandpa and Grandma’s, and he took Henry along for the ride. I am able to enjoy a few hours of the house to myself. That has only happened once or twice since Olivia has been born (5 years ago)!! Bliss. I made Pam’s cheesecake for an early Easter celebration tomorrow. So I’m going to eat that! 🙂 Chili and cinnamon rolls are what’s for dinner here on this cold spring day. Tomorrow will be cleaning out the fridge meals. I am eating Ben & Jerry’s Phish Food ice cream. Have you ever tried it? Our 5th & 6th graders that we teach at church recommended it, and I must say it is really yummy! 🙂 glad your shop is doing so well! It is just gorgeous and cheery. We are eating Brussels sprouts (roasted, soooo good!), sautéed kale, chicken, and bread from our local bakery that is so, so good. It’s from The Little Bread Company in Fayetteville ( ar) 🙂 happy weekend to you! I am sitting at the softball fields in Tacoma. And while we had two inches of snow yesterday (seriously….no snow all wet winter long….and in March!!!), it was a cold start but the sun is shining. oooooh – i am OH so glad that i scored some of that bunting! take your time shipping – i know that’s a BIG job! 🙂 happy weekend! I’m making Hash Brown Soup with Chicken. It’s made with frozen shredded hash browns and cream cheese and shredded carrots and seasoned chicken tenderloins and Orrington Farms Chicken broth base and seasoning. Yummy! I’m sad I didn’t get any bunting – can’t wait until you re-stock 🙂 Darn I was way too slow to grab the rainbow hoodies, I hope you make more, I know my daughter would swoon over one:) Too bad I didn’t get a chance to grab one, how much are they? I’m just not quick enough! Never mind, next time you make some rainbow hoodies I will be ready! Do you know what I think would be even more awesome? Grey hoodies with a rainbow. Like a grey, rainy sky, with a beautiful rainbow. Plus I have babies. Who wipe their hands on me hourly at least. White is no good any more! Can’t wait to get my order! I stopped by the shop this morning and saw you had a West Indies map – I scooped that up too! Can’t wait to frame and hang it in our West Indies home! they will be ordered on monday and they take about a week. 🙂 how do you like big cartel? maybe i should move my shop there… Ummmmm – this weekend? Basketball of course!!! when will the canvas prints be shipped? ok….kind of a surprise…. but my shop is on Big Cartel now. so it will look different. and i hope we can all be patient if there are glitches to work out since it's my first time using it.

we had just enough time yesterday and things were quiet so i said "anyone want to paint with me?" they did.
then we took off to annie's soccer game where she scored a goal! then went to walmart with talby and realized at the checkout i had left my wallet at home. she was awesome.

i walked a half, ran one mile, walked a quarter, ran 1.5, walked a .25, and then ran 1.25… then walked .25 again. wasn't that an exciting recap?!
AND about the shop. i think for my sanity's sake…. because of spring break, my little trip and LIFE…. it's going to open on wednesday March 20. and it will be awesome. alright…. i am out of here.

i am not sure i am able to say this…. but i think it will at least help motivate. it's seven weeks and two days until my Half Marathon. i went out this morning. 17 mph winds doesn't sound like much. redonk. and none of music was good. i was just skip, skip, skip. but…. i am so glad i went.

I got that shirt for Christmas … I feel like I have to force a smile as I run past people :). Now I want it in Aqua & and the RUN tee too. Are you training for your first half? What day is it? I’m training for my first (YIKES!) May 19th … just days before my 36th birthday. Happy Running to you! XOXO I got my first chickens last Spring and found a chicken tractor on Craigslist. I’ts been awesome for me and so much fun to go out every day and collect my eggs. You should get them sooner rather than later 🙂 You absolutely need chickens! Raising chickens is really pretty easy, and I bet your girls will love them:) We just got a dozen chicks this week, and my girls are so happy! I had one of those runs the other day. i need to revamp my playlist. When conditions are not good and then the music doesn’t carry you, it makes for a rough run. Good luck on your training! Is it wrong that at first glance I thought that shirt said rum happy? I can tell it is Friday! 🙂 I’m signing up for a 5K color run! I am cheering you on for your half marathon. I’ve never owned a chicken…what an experience to live in the country! Pretty bracelet, too! And if you wait too long (like fall) it sometimes takes them longer to lay – and then you’re just feeding these little things for months and not getting anything in return. I just keep mine in a rubbermaid tote for a few weeks – gives you plenty of time to figure out something more permanent. This is the first year in a long time I’m not getting chicks…..but I may get turkey babies soon 🙂 You made that chicken look adorable…although at first glance I thought it was a pigeon. Guess I should study my birds a bit better, huh? 😉 Oh I love the chickens! So fun!
